Do I need planning permission for an extension in the Peak District?

It depends on the size, location, and designation of your property. Many extensions fall within Permitted Development rights, but properties within the National Park boundary or in a conservation area may have additional restrictions. We can advise you on this before any work starts, and help with the planning application if one is required.

How long does a typical renovation take?

It varies enormously depending on the scope of work. A single-room extension might take six to eight weeks; a full property renovation could take six months or more. We give honest timelines at the quoting stage and keep you updated throughout.

Do you handle building regulations?

Yes. Most structural work, extensions, and significant alterations require building regulations approval, and we manage that process as part of the project.
